With the large numbers of people we have helped we have learnt how IVA Supervisor’s and Trust Deed Trustee’s haven’t located all possible claims. We obviously won’t detail the reasons here as we don’t wish to assist them.
Many complaints made by Supervisor’s and Trustee’s are refused by the lenders. Any claim refused by a lender has to be passed to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) within six months of the refusal date. If a claim/claims were not referred to the FOS we are able to resubmit these claims to the lender using a new legal argument. We are able to submit complaints about this same PPI using a new legal argument.
Many complaints that have been settled haven’t had the correct refund made, we are able to check these.
